The location was enchanting, just a short, sweet walk to the main tourist attractions. The staff were helpful and kind! the rooms were also very clean. I found this especially comforting. breakfast was abundant and of good quality!
The staircase had a strange smell. It lingered. the walls were marked, perhaps from old mosquitoes, and i noticed it. It was a bit distracting. also, the air conditioning wasn't working. The room got quite warm, reaching 26c over two days.

The location suited my needs adequately.
I encountered issues with cleanliness. There were mosquitoes on the walls in the apartment and they had not been cleaned. the heating did not function upon arrival. Repair took longer than anticipated, causing discomfort.

the location reminded me of a dream, steps from everything i wanted to see. the breakfast had pastries and juice and fruit, such a romantic start to each day. the staff are very polite.
the staircase has a terrible odor, it ruin the mood. the walls in the room have mosquitoes, i dont know why they not clean them. the heating not working one night, i was so cold.

the location are really central. st mark's basilica are a 5 minute walk from the building so it are ideal. the staff responded to questions about how to get to the building quick. they are very friendly.
i stayed in the next building in the apartment. the steps to go up to the apartment building were very dirty. all the walls had mosquitoes killed with blood too. i didnt understand why they didnt clean the walls.

The location proved fantastic. Easy access from river boats and proximity to major attractions, especially St Mark's Square (a definite plus). I found the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a super complete and pleasant selection.

The location is very close to St Mark's Square and Riva degli Schiavoni, so you can easily access many attractions, shops, and restaurants. The hotel is also near vaporetto stops. I found the area safe and convenient for exploring.

The staff provided helpful information about transportation and directions. They were very kind when I needed assistance with something I forgot. I felt they went the extra mile to ensure my stay was pleasant and comfortable (they were dedicated).
